We serve both homes and businesses across South Africa.
Fadaeco is based in South Africa and serves customers nationwide. Whether you are in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, or a smaller town, we can assist with internet connectivity, IT services, CCTV installation, and more. Remote support is available to all customers regardless of location.
Most of our internet plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Some business solutions and IT support packages may have minimum terms — our team will clearly explain these before you sign up.
We accept bank transfers (EFT), major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and debit orders for recurring services. All payments are processed securely. For businesses, we also offer invoicing with standard 30-day payment terms.
You can reach our support team via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We offer 24/7 support for critical connectivity issues. For IT and CCTV services, our technicians are available Monday to Sunday during business hours, with emergency call-out options available.

We offer Fibre (FTTH for homes and FTTB for businesses), Fixed LTE, and 5G wireless internet. Each option suits different areas and usage needs. Fibre is fastest and most reliable for fixed locations, while LTE and 5G are great for areas without fibre or for flexible setups.
For light browsing and email, any entry-level plan works. For streaming Netflix/YouTube in HD, we recommend at least 25Mbps. For a family of 4 or heavy streaming and gaming, 50Mbps or more is ideal. Working from home with video calls? Go for 50–100Mbps. Our team is happy to help you choose — just WhatsApp us.
Uncapped means there is no data cap — you won't run out of data. However, some plans include an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or Fair Use Policy (FUP) which may reduce speeds slightly during peak periods or after heavy usage (e.g., 500GB+ in a month). This is to ensure all users on the network get a fair experience. Your service still stays on — you won't be cut off.
LTE/5G: Activation is typically same day or within 24 hours — there is no physical installation needed; you just plug in your router.
Fibre (FTTH/FTTB): Installation takes 5–15 business days depending on your area and whether the fibre infrastructure is already in the ground. Once scheduled, our technicians install the ONT device and router in your home or office.

For LTE, you need an LTE-compatible router with a SIM slot. Most standard LTE routers work. For 5G, you need a 5G-certified CPE (router) from the approved device list for your provider (MTN or Vodacom). For Fibre, we supply and configure the ONT device — you just need a standard Wi-Fi router. We can assist with supplying the right hardware.
Start by restarting your router (unplug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in). If speed is still slow, check if the issue is your Wi-Fi by testing with a wired connection. Run a speed test at fast.com. If speeds are significantly below your plan, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your speed test results and we will investigate.
